1. We will update your order status to "Shipped" after the package is shipped. Tracking number will be given too.

3. If the delivery was failed, you will need to get the tracking ID (as below in red circle) and provide to your local post, please see below for example. Contact us if you need further assistance.
1. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, volume of mail traffic and etc.
2. All transit times given are in accordance with the international standard concluded by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union.

4. For any lost of packages during the delivery process, we wil resend to you again if it's confirmed.
5. For any broken during the delivery process, we will resend to you again once we receive the picture from you. Accident might happen sometime, however, we will ensure items are packaged with full protection.
